The main reason is that there is too much water in the compressed air, and there is no need to add pneumatic oil for maintenance. In addition to the impact of the external environment, there will be a situation that "it was used well yesterday, but it is stuck today". To avoid such situations, the following solutions must be adopted.
Solution: I. Even if a complete set of air supply system has been arranged according to the standard wiring, the pipeline must be checked regularly. Every week, the air receiver, air dryer, main pipeline filter, air conditioning unit (also known as oil-water separator or triplet) should be drained, and the filter element should be checked and cleaned, and the discarded filter element should be replaced at any time;
2、 The water tank in the air conditioning combination shall be monitored at any time, and the operator of the station shall be required to drain water every day for reuse. In particular, the minimum oil volume of the oil tank shall not be less than 1/4, so as not to affect the automatic oiling, lubrication and cleaning of the machine. If the station cannot be oiled, the oil mist volume can be reduced, and the exhaust device of the machine can be treated, but not without any oil. It is really impossible to have a little oil. BOOXT products with oil free blades can be used after oil treatment at intervals, without adding oil in the air conditioning group;
3、 If there is no standard wiring, it is only necessary to drain the air compressor regularly. After work every day, five or six drops of pneumatic oil should be dropped from the air inlet connector, and it should be properly placed after idling for a few seconds. This is to remove the dust and moisture entering the motor, and to lubricate and maintain the machine group; These are the use methods that must be known for pneumatic screwdrivers, which are also applicable to other types of pneumatic tool products. If we can meet the above requirements and pay attention to the maintenance of the pneumatic tools, we can basically avoid common failures such as rust inside the pneumatic tools, durable consumables, and inexplicable jamming, and keep the performance of the machine. This is the work. Only by formulating and implementing a set of perfect management system can we avoid some unnecessary "failures".
