Maintenance of pneumatic tools

1. Avoid unnecessary no-load operation
The no-load operation of pneumatic tools is the reason for the early loss and heating of tool parts and the reduction of operation efficiency. Please pay attention. In particular, the no-load impact operation of impact pneumatic trigger is the cause of damage to impact parts and reduction of impact effect.
2. Don't forget to fill oil every day
As the motor of pneumatic tools often runs at high speed, insufficient oil injection during use will rapidly accelerate the wear of parts, resulting in abnormal operation capacity decline and other phenomena, which have a great impact on the service life of tools. Therefore, please inject a small amount of lubricating oil (20 # engine oil) into the pneumatic tool before starting and then run it at low speed. In this way, the lubricating oil will be automatically sprayed into the motor, the motor will run smoothly, and the service life will be naturally extended. This oil is injected 2-3 times a day from the oil plug or air inlet. In addition, the clutch, reducer, impactor and other running parts should be coated with a small amount of lithium grease once or twice a month; For bearings and other parts, please conduct corresponding regular inspection (once every three months) according to the frequency of use, and supplement lithium based grease.
3. No littering or beating
The shell of the pneumatic tool is mostly made of aluminum alloy, and the gap between the internal parts is very small. Please take care of it and do not throw it or hit it at will.
4. After understanding the structure and function of the machine body, please carry out repair, disassembly and maintenance, properly inject oil and prevent dust intrusion, which are precautions during use. In addition, regular disassembly and maintenance such as grease exchange of bearing or gear part and blade inspection must be carried out. Regular maintenance can not only keep the tools in good condition all the time, but also significantly prolong the service life of the tools
